Stanislav Glazov

Stanislav Glazov is a Russian-born visual artist, musician, and photographer based in Berlin. He is the founder of the interdisciplinary art and design studio Licht.Pfad.


For over 15 years he has worked in the fields of light and visual art. Taking on visual design, animation, video production, software development, and 3D mapping, Glazov produces immersive installations from the ground up.  Driven by his audiovisual expertise and a perpetual desire to create unforgettable experiences that inspire strong emotional responses, he has developed his own algorithms, synchronizing sound with cinematic visuals and abstract digital shapes.


His large-scale spatial visual art installations and live performances have been presented at countless events and festivals around the world, including Berlin Atonal, Mutek Montreal, Ars Electronica (Linz), Unsound Festival (Krakow), Raster-Noton night in Berghain, Barbican London, Resonance Festival (Tokyo), Mira Festival (Barcelona), Festival of Lights (Lyone), Telefonica (Peru), and Lowry Theater (Manchester).


As a head of the interactive media laboratory Licht.Pfad he has realized numerous projects and multi-artist collaborations. Since 2001 Glazov has been actively engaged in educational projects focused on audiovisual technologies. He regularly holds online and offline courses on TouchDesigner, Maya, and Houdini as well as various music production workshops.
