David Braun is a software engineer at Leviathan. His motto is "do it real-time". He prefers flexibility in design and rapid development. For Leviathan, he has worked on numerous video walls, data visualizations, touchscreen interactives, and depth camera installations. In 2018, he was a resident artist at the Asia Culture Center in South Korea, where he collaborated with musician BAKÁH on an audio-visualization for a massive LED facade. Braun has also used TouchDesigner for pen plotter art and for developing several projects inspired by M.C. Escher.
